Welcome to the home of Carbon 13, the newest and most exciting record label dedicated to ROCK music. The name may be new but the people behind the label have been helping other labels put together some very memorable releases indeed. How have we done that? Well, we own the renowned "Mastertone Sound" recording facility in Runcorn, UK. Dedicated to ROCK music, "Mastertone Sound" has delivered some recent day classic albums using the incredible talents of Pete "Pee Wee" Coleman at the helm. Here's the good news, Carbon 13 is currently looking for artists with credibility in the ROCK genre. We want to keep it broad and not focus too much on one particular sub genre.

What do we mean by credibility? Well, quite simply, we are looking for REAL bands. You know, the type of band that go out and play live and will be responsible for returning ROCK to a larger listening audience. Carbon 13 believe that there are far too many "studio bands" that have never even been in the same room as one another, let alone go out playing.

So, if you can hack it on the live stage, we want to hear from you. Here are some of our personal favourite bands to show you how wide our net is going to be cast. Once again, in no particular order:

Dream Theater, Saga, Queensryche, Yes, Peter Gabriel, Sting and The Police, Journey, Toto, Mister Mister.
